يسعى البحث إلى تقديم إطار نظري وتطبيقي عن موضوع سلوك مواطنة الزبون (Customer Citizenship Behavior) متضمناً اهم الاراء التي طرحت عن مفهوم هذا الموضوع واهم ابعاده ومحدداته. ويحاول ايضاً ان يقيس مستوى ممارسة هذا السلوك باستخدام مقياس (Groth, 2005) الذي يضم ثلاثة ابعاد هي (التوصيات وتقديم المساعدة للزبائن الاخرين وتقديم التغذية العكسية) لدى عينة من زبائن احد فروع مصرف (CIMB) الاسلامي في ماليزيا باستخدام عدد من الادوات الاحصائية المناسبة كالمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي ومعامل كرونباخ الفا. ويقدم البحث في ضوء النتائج التي ظهرت مجموعة من الاستناجات التي صيغ في ضوءها عدد من التوصيات التي تهدف الى تحسين ممارسة ابعاد سلوك مواطنة الزبون.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين المكونات الرئيسة لنظام المعلومات التسويقية، وصنع القرار التسويقي في شركات إنتاج الأدوية المساهمة العامة الأردنية. كما وهدفت إلى التعريف بمفهوم، وعناصر، ومكونات نظام المعلومات التسويقية. وقد اعتمد الباحثون في هذه الدراسة على نوعين من البيانات: تمثل الأول في البيانات المستقاه من الكتب والدراسات والأبحاث السابقة، أما الاخر فقد تمثل في الدراسة الميدانية التي شملت: تصميم وتوزيع استبانه بهدف جمع البيانات من مديري التسويق، وموظفي أقسام نظام المعلومات التسويقية في الشركات المشار إليها، بعدهم المعنيين بموضوع الدراسة بشأن متغيرات الدراسة. وقد تكونت الاستبانه من جزأين، الأول ويشير إلى: الخصائص العامة لأفراد عينة الدراسة وهي: المؤهل العلمي، التخصص العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، ومدى وجود وحدة تنظيمية تابعة لإدارة التسويق، تتولى مهام نظام المعلومات التسويقية في الشركة. أما الاخر فقد اشتمل على بيانات تتعلق بموضوع الدراسة: مقياس مدى وجود علاقة بين مكونات نظام المعلومات التسويقية(السجلات الداخلية، بحوث التسويق، والاستخبارات التسويقية) وصنع القرار التسويقي. وقد تم إجراء اختبار الاعتمادية Cronbach's Alpha لتحديد إمكانية الاعتماد على استبانه الدراسة كأداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة. أما مجتمع الدراسة فتمثل في شركات إنتاج الأدوية المساهمة العامة الأردنية، والمدرجة في سوق عمان المالي والبالغ عددها (7) شركات. وقد تم مسح هذه الشركات بالكامل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي يمكن تلخيص أبرزها على النحو الاتي: يوجد علاقة ذات دلاله احصائيه بين كل من: السجلات الداخلية، بحوث التسويق، الاستخبارات التسويقية من جهة، وصنع القرار التسويقي من الجهة الأخرى. لا توجد وحدة تنظيمية تابعة لإدارة التسويق، تتولى مهام نظام المعلومات التسويقية في خمس من الشركات السبع المشمولة بالدراسة. هناك ضعف في تعيين التخصصات العلمية المناسبة للقيام بالأعمال التي تتطلبها وحدة نظام المعلومات التسويقية في الشركات المشمولة بالدراسة.

The study aims to emphasis the integration between negotiation and the effectives of conflict administration strategies within the working environment of Iraqi business organization. The Iraqi society has its own merits which require great efforts to ever come problems such as bias, un compromising opines and introducing personal stands in any decisions making process. A constructive dialog based on a common interest is suggested in this study by introducing several scenarios to achieve understanding and coordination in any negotiating process. Conflicts have been dealt with and employed to serve common coals.
Background theories have been analysis used and related to the field surveys. Therefore a questionnaire was designed and the data were collected and statistically analyzed. The study also employs some basic assumptions which have an influence and morale relationship will both negotiation and conflict strategies the field survey included (125) persons represent (6) organizations. Finally it is concluded that it is important to establish integration between competitive strategies and conflict administration.

يمتاز الاقتصاد الرأسمالي بأنه اقتصاد فقاعات وازمات ,وقد مر بازمات كثيرة (ازمات الركود الرواج ),وهذه الازمات كانت بسبب اعتماد سياسات مالية ونقدية خاطئة من قبل الجماعة الاكاديمية الاقتصادية انذاك ومغالطات فرضية السوق الفعال وانحسار دور المصارف المركزية في رقابة الائتمان المصرفي والتنبؤ بأ زمات ( الركود –الرواج ),وبسبب المضاربة في القطاع المالي المبني على الصفقات الورقية لا سيما في قطاعي المصارف والعقارات مؤخرا واعتماده كاساس في قيادة عملية النمو الاقتصادي على حساب الاقتصاد العيني (الحقيقي),الامر الذي خلق فجوة بين القطاع الحقيقي والمالي (الوهمي) وحدثة الازمة المالية 2008,ان الازمة المالية الاخيرة اثرت على الاقطار النامية والمتقدمة تمثلت بعجز في الموازنات المالية وافلاس المؤسسات المالية والشركات الكبيرة والعملاقة وتدني عمل الاسواق المالية والبورصات ,تمت مواجهتها بوسائل عدة منها ضخ الاموال والسيولة النقدية لهذه المؤسسات المفلسة,واعتماد سياسات تحكمية مثل رفع اسعار الفائدة وحتى التأميم مؤخرا.

The quality in higher education include the ( product ) which is the student level be equal the goal of population by using the good evaluation , good subjects , and good teaching methods , for this purpose I dependent on the most international requirement by design the questioners for students and the other for teachers in total quality management department / technical college of management baghdad .
The first chapter devoted to the theoretical part of which was through the definition of quality and the type of accreditation and the idea of factor analysis, in chapter ii the practical side included the results of factor analysis for the student and teachers in this department , finally the research developed several results and presented the conclusions and suggestions and recommendations about it .

Abstract

Mechanism of Processes improvement in business Organizations
- Analytic Study for improvement instruments used in some world Companies-
Processes improvement concept refers to continuous process to improve the quality of commodities and services under the incisive competition and technological development. It is an advanced Stage of the process to manage and control the quality, where it indicates to devote all efforts of business organization to improve the quality and to achieve customer Satisfaction, but more than that; where to reach what called by "delighted customer ". It is necessary to participate all employees of organization on in the task of processes improvement and never consider it as specialized for just one technical department. There are number of instruments and ways which could be used by organization to resolve its problems and to improve its processes; where they assist to collect and interpret data to and to provide the required rationale for taking the decision. So, here, the Statistics could be used to draw diagrams with high and low limits which by one could be ensured that the production process is stabile and there is no deviations or oscillations.
For all mentioned above , this study seeks to provide theoretical and applied concepts for a subject which has a direct touch with the organizations life and its survival ; which is the processes improvement and its role in maintaining competitive capability. This paper is reached to many conclusions, most important among is that processes improvement is enabling businesses to achieve competitive superior which is enable it to introduce superior add value for customer. This paper is reached also to many recommendations, most important among is businesses necessity to bearing it's responsibilities in the respect of competitive superior by devote more continuous efforts to improvement. The businesses has perceived, due to emerging international markets and the growth of international competition, that accelerated competition speed is calling to the necessity of implementing continuous improvement programs.

Industry is a service of the industries most vulnerable to change, especially in our contemporary world, as the greater nature of these changes and scientific developments in light of scientific development, and developments in higher education, with the growing use of new mechanisms for education has helped to create the tremendous technological advances in electronic academic disciplines. Hence, the concept of increasing Alaazoahmah institutions also inserted the ISO as one of the most basic axes to determine the quality Quality. So study deals with analysis of the relationship and influence between the terms of ISO and the organizational structure. Study has adopted the terms of ISO and structure in an analytical framework, based on the premise that there is a correlation between the items and the effect of ISO and organizational structure. Was chosen as the University of Karbala, a field of study, we used the questionnaire as the main tool to collect data from the concerned subject. The hypothesis was tested using a statistical methods and the results of the analysis was reached to a group of perhaps the most prominent conclusions: 1.
