The role of organizational learning in achieving the competitive capacity of the organization

I have dealt with study the role of organizational learning in achieving the competitive capabilities of the organization, where we see the challenges facing organizations today dictate now and in the future activation of scientific expertise to meet these challenges and the dissemination of these concepts within the priorities and data organizational culture of these organizations despite having a lot of knowledge and learning applications .Despite the importance of organizational learning and adopting some of the organizations have to enhance their competitiveness, we find a lot of organizations, including organizations (universities researched) still do not realize the importance of the role of organizational learning in achieving competitiveness, here identified the problem of study focus has been to develop suitable solution her as much as possible .
And this study has sought to achieve a number of goals, most notably: to know the extent of adoption of the researched universities (study population) for organizational learning in its various dimensions in strengthening their competitiveness, and to determine correlations between organizational learning and competitiveness of universities. In this context, the formulation of two main premises were as follows (do not vary the concerns of universities discussed in the adoption of the study variables (f) There is no relationship statistically significant correlation between organizational learning and competitiveness of universities), and (no effect relationship of statistical significance between organizational learning, and the competitiveness of universities).

And have reached several conclusions to the study of which was most important (vary the interest of universities discussed in the adoption of the study variables) and the existence of linkages and the impact of moral and statistical significance between the variable of the study and to varying degrees. .
These included the study several recommendations, including (the necessity of adopting universities researched building a comprehensive organizational learning dimensions of all) and to disseminate the culture of learning in universities, and provide a more hospitable environment recognizes the importance of organizational learning in universities, and attention to draw the necessary strategies to develop the knowledge faculty and their creative and disclosure future serve as investment knowledge.

The availability of the values ​​of a culture of quality in organizations Hotel / case study in Nineveh International Hotel

This research in an attempt to study the availability of the values of a culture of quality in organizations, hotel, as is the culture of quality one of the main pillars of improving the performance of organizations in general and organizations hotel in particular as well as its role in promoting the values, beliefs and behaviors among employees in the organization in order to move towards the application of TQM.
This research provide a conceptual framework and applied on the culture of quality and availability of their values, and thus the possibility of dissemination of the organizations the hotel to improve its performance to meet the competitive challenges faced by the market and access to success and excellence, and in line with this, the research attempts to achieve its objectives the main through the statement of trends in top management and individuals respondents in the international hotel Nineveh about the values of a culture of quality and analysis of the reality of a culture of quality and dissemination at the level of operations and personnel and customers of the organization.
Has been identified on the availability of the values of a culture of quality in the light of the results of analysis of data collected by questionnaire distributed to a sample of (30) (Master and Manager of Department and Services Officer and Chief Officer) at the Nineveh International in the province of Nineveh, and showed the results that the majority of the research sample have perception of the values of a culture of quality and concept and how it affects the performance of the organization in general and the quality hotel in particular but there is lack of interest by senior management to promote these values in order to improve and strengthen the competitive position and this is what led us to make some recommendations and proposals are focused on the importance of directing the departments of organizations hotel to examine the values of a culture of quality, and the requirements of an enabling environment

Most securities available for investment have uncertain outcomes and are thus risky. The basic problem facing each investor is to determine which particular risky securities to own. Because a portfolio is a collection of securities, this problem is equivalent to the investor selecting the optimal portfolio from a set of possible portfolios. Hence, this situation is often referred to as the portfolio selection problem. Many trails were to find solution to this problem, begins with the complicated ideas of Markowitz, passing through the contributions of Tobin, Sharpe, & Lintner, and ending with the most modern simplification approaches. Markowitz's ideas are led to derivation of efficient frontier subject to a set of the extreme assumptions, especially in the respect to short selling & riskless lending and borrowing. Thus, this paper is aimed to derive the efficient frontier subject to a different original extreme & most reality alternative assumptions. This paper is reached to many conclusions, most important among them is that an efficient frontier takes a different shapes subject to the different assumptions in the respect of investors' ability to sell short & to riskless lending and borrowing. The set of efficient portfolio opportunities available for investor is expanded when allowed for him to exercise short selling and his efficient frontier takes a concave curve shape with open upper end in contrast to the Markowitz's efficient frontier curve with both ends closed (minimum variance portfolio – maximum return portfolio). Adding of riskless asset to the components of investor's portfolio is represent a new opportunities expanding the feasible set significantly and, more important, changes the location & shape of substantial part of Markowitz's efficient frontier. The paper is approached to many recommendations, most important among them is necessity to educate the investors' population, in the Iraqi stock exchange, about the real shape of their efficient frontier which they faced in their environment

This Research try to explore the extent of the relationship between operation returns and Corporation Leaders Psychological Style after analyzing this relation.
Operation returns for any corporation reflect accomplishment of employees after deduct expenses this mean the effectiveness of employees performance and in the front of this employees are the leaders.
Operation return is the main mover to push the corporation to do other accomplishments and maximize its market value and challenge its competitors , and if assume that other factors fixed except organizer that sharing in production as land ,capital and others then the important factor are the organizer and its efforts , then the role of these organizer is vital and central and very important in the operation returns for any corporation.
Organizers as the leaders of corporations are not equal in their Psychological Style that divide between risk seeker , risk avers and neutral this Psychological Style reflect into their administrating of the corporation finally into operation returns .
This research test the general hypothesis are :
H1: There are statistical relationship between Operation Returns
and Corporation Leaders Psychological Style

The research aimed to identify the role of Total Productive Maintenance Pillars that play it in improving Equipment Reliability , and badush cement factory had been chosen because it may be considered as appropriate area to applying the practical section of the research , In order to achieving the research objectives , some of main and secondary hypothesis has been puts these hypothesis tested by a some of statistical methods . This research depend on questionnaire as a main tools to collect data . (50) questionnaire distributed in the research sample which consist of general manager and its assistants , department managers and units of the main and secondary in factory, just a good (44) questionnaire has retrieve . The conversion from limited competition in the local level, to fast competition as global style, by effected many factors the importance threat that faced the organizations in the business environment . Therefore the organization should be choice relevance strategy to achieve competitive advantage , But the recent researches has proved that the cost leadership more important strategic .
The research shed the light on the importance of the cost as a one of the strategic to achieve a competitive advantage. And that impacted off the other strategies ( Flexibility , Quality , Reliability ,and Speed ) .the research included three techniques of continuous improvement , Target costing , Kaizen costing , and Benchmarking ).
This research outline , describe , and analysis the theoretical and practical concepts of each technique through discusses some of tools that used to achieve it , included Reverse Engineering , Value Engineering , and Reengineering . The research consists four chapters, the first concerned with some of business environment variables and cost management, the second chapter focus on competitive advantage and it importance to Iraqi companies. third chapter discusses continuous improvement techniques. This study aims at exploring the Six Sigma Methodology’s role in improving the Performance levels of processes in selected Jordanian companies. In order to do so, the study measures the correlation between (6 σ Techniques) and enhancements in the Performance levels of processes. Then, the study measure the impact of each of these Techniques on the selected companies’ Performance levels of processes.
The study results show the following:
- There is a significant positive relationship between the availability of each (6 σ Techniques) and the Performance levels of processes (as dependent variable). This result indicates that an increasing in companies’ investments in any of (6 σ Techniques) will contribute in enhancing the companies’ Performance levels of processes.
- There is a significant positive relationship between the availability of ( 6 σ Techniques )and the Performance levels of processes (as dependent variable).

So,this research aims at finding suitable scientific basic in pricing of products that transfer among Activity centers that make aprofitabilty as a suitabale measurement in performance evaluation this centers.
In order to help in achieve aresearch goal, Al- kadysia Factory of milks has choice as aresearch sample. The research reached to many conclusions, the most important one states that aresearch sample has compnte of transfer price for products on basic of full costing that not reflect of revenue power for Activity centers.

This research aims to test the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of social capital (dimension of structural and Alalaqati and cognitive) and the dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, and good conscience and civilized behavior) in a sample of staffing working in the Faculty of Management and Economics University of Karbala included sample 62 individuals. Questionnaire has been used as a tool head for data collection. In order to reach the objectives of the research has formulated a set of assumptions that include a test of correlation between the dimensions of social capital and the dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Through the use of a number of statistical tools appropriate such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and coefficient of simple correlation (Pearson) were tested these hypotheses. In light of the results that have been accessed formulated a set of useful recommendations for the organization surveyed.

And launched the search is based on the premise that effective leadership is able to avoid big losses in the organization through scientific management of crises. The impact of organizational culture in promoting social responsibility and an analytical study - in the colleges of the University of Qadisiya

The purpose of this study is to investigate connections between organizational culture and social responsibility at Al- Qadisiya University The main aim of the study is to find connections between social responsibility and different organizational culture types,(Clan culture , Market culture , Hierarchy culture,adhocracy culture ).Standardized organizational culture and social responsibility questionnaire comprising 38 items was developed by the Denki Ringo research group in the japans (Ishikawa et al.,2006:33) .The Questions in the survey addressed four different culture types- clan, market, hierarchy, adhocracy, and two facets of social responsibility - the university performance concerning social issues and the university respects the interests of agents. Twenty eight items questionnaires has been answered by the dean and associate dean, scientificard administrative positions in each faculty (31 dean and associate dean ) only (28) questionnaires were received for analysis with responding rate (90%) . A suitable statistical tool (mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, linear regression, T test, F test), have been used fore supporting the hypothesis study. The main results of this study declared that there were significant correlation between organizational culture and social responsibility. Finally the study recommended managerial commitment and financial support to senior management at the university of applying the concept of social responsibility.

The information Technology is considered from the contemporary ways which aim to getting the information for the benefit sides with high accuracy and with the exact time because its importance to the organizations especially for the organizations of works. The complex environment , the high competence and the high changing in all fields, all of that make the organizations work for getting better for efficiency in order to getting its aims in competence. We will take the limits of the Information Technology as independent change ( materials and machines, programs, communications, Human resources), the independent change is the human capital (Knowledge, experiences, efficiency, creativity) . According to that, the research take it as a description and analysis to make the administrators have their ability for these subjects. In order to make our organization have its ability for facing the changes in the field of the information technology, so this study depending on indicates and the static tests and according to that we pointed some of field and theoretical results, like the clear example on the effects on the information technology on the human capital and the changing on organization ways into the human capital through the exercising programs. About the most instructions are; the company determine its needs from the human capital which had the efficiency and the high experiences that fit with the work needs of the company .
