AbstractOrganizations are made up of interacting individuals and groups with varying needs objectives, ideas, philosophies, values, and perspectives that naturally lead to emergence of conflicts. When conflict occurs it can either stimulate new positive change or result in negative consequences, so theory of how organization form and operate must include a treatment of conflict to provide positive outcomes and avoid the negative possibilities.
The research include three parts, the first part consist of conflict definition, stage levels, causes, and benefits, the second part include the various strategies to manage and control conflict, the third part include the general recommendations with suggestion strategies that Iraqi organizations can use to better mange and control conflict and invest its positive consequences.
