AbstractThe research focus in studying the effect of personal features of iraqi customer as an important factor influnce customer behavior to determine its effect upon comodity quality dimentions preferences at iraqi market.
The independent variable (personal features) includes four sub-variables (Age , Sex , Income and Education ).
The dependent variable (comodity quality dimentions) includes eight sub-variables (Performance , Reliability , Durability , Features , Conformance , Aesthetic , Serviceability and perceived quality).
The research proved :-
- There is a clear effect to some personal features (Age , Income and Education).
- Iraqi Customer interest with five influnced dimentions in his preference determination dimentions are :-
