AbstractJob analysis considered one of the important procedures that business organizations depend on as an active inlet to gather information about organization activities, to put the proper person in the proper place without any bias among the personal, this participating in enhancing the function of the organization in a right way to offer services to the customers in a high quality, according to this we have two hypotheses we depend on a questionnaire and interview with the management high ranks in the governmental banks as a sample research, we used SPSS in analyzing of the results, these banks are : Al-Rafidain (Al-dhahab Al-Aswad), Al- Rafidain (Al-Nour), Al- Rafidain (Al- Jamhouria), Al- Rafidan 4, and Al-Rasheed (WahedHuzairan). The study also reached to the following conclusions such as :there is a correlation and a confidence between the two variables, in addition there are recommendations that match with the nature of the conclusions, among them : it is an important to analyze thejobs in details to be acquainted the competitive environment witnessed by the Iraqi banking system in general and in Kirkuk city particularly. .
