AbstractThe study aims to know the effect of Worker's personalities in elements of empowerment strategy, and through features of sample of workers at a number of organizations in Mosul, who have been selected randomly from the workers who are working at various committees within these organization.

After analyzing this yielded set data on of data basis of correlation equations and simple multipliers regression, which has been preceded with theoretical framework by the research hers, by utilization authors, opinions concerning of personality and empowerment concepts, and what resulted from their view points regarding it, especially under the present century information, the researchers reached to some outcomes, by which suitable conclusions have been crystallized in, which were the most important: the ability to say about personality properties, as they have an essential effect in activity of empowerment strategy, or even in a widespread as it has a basic effect in the regulatory behavior entirely, as the authors emphasized with in the theoretical framework of regulatory behavior since 1920s of last century.
In the light of some conclusions, the researchers present their proposals that stressed on the importance of workers personalities to be cared by the managers, similar to enhance rather than application activity of empowerment strategy only, but it expands to reach the enhancement of regulatory activity as general.
