The Process of Performance Evaluation is Regard as a main Tool for Supporting the Management ability to Perform its Function Successfully ,which Reflects its aims in Efforts Evaluation and determine Efficiency and Effectiveness in this the Scope.
Traditionally, the Performance Evaluation Focused on the Financial Measurement, which is Lacks to be a guide to the Performance in order to create the Value to the Organization, as soon as it doesn’t give Complete Imagination about the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the Performance. So, the need to another Measurement have Multiple Components to face Large Competition and the other Rapid Continuous Changes in the Variable Environmental so the Performance Evaluation must depends on a mix of Financial and Non financial Measurement , as so as Search aims to use Balance Scorecard to maesure Short – term and Long – term Results to purpose Performance Evaluation by Efficiency and Effectiveness , Which Reflects to give Comprehensive Imagination about its Performance .
